WordPress installing process (step by step).

 

 

What is WordPress?

WordPress is a free content management system used to build and maintain

websites. Its ease of use and unique blogging features have helped it

become the most popular blogging tool on the web. WordPress provides a

web-based user interface for designing, publishing, and updating websites.

  How to download WordPress

Go to the search engine and type wordpress.org.

 Click on Get WordPress

 

Click on download WordPress

WordPress downloading start

 Download WordPress and install WordPress on xampp

 After downloading WordPress copy it

 

 Go to the folder where you install xampp.

Find the htdocs folder and open it

 

htdocs folder show it.

 

WordPress that you have already copied. Paste on WordPress zip file in htdocs folder.

 

 Right-click on it and click on extract here

 

 WordPress file created there rename it with your website name.

 

 

After this Go on the search engine and type localhost and hit enter after this a new page you see on the browser

 Click on phpMyAdmin 

Click on database 

 

 

 Write your database name and click on create

 

 

Go on the search engine type localhost/your file name(that

you rename from WordPress) and hit enter.

A new page opens on WordPress select your language and click on continue

 

 Click on let's go button

 

Fill it fully

 

 Steps.

Datebase: you website name

Username: root

Password:_ _ _ _ _

Datebase host:localhost

Table Prefix:wp_

 Click on submit.

                                         

 Click on run and install.

 Fill this all

STEPS.

 Site Title:you website name.

Username:admin

Password:anyone

Your Email; ….?

click on install WordPress

Log in to it.

WordPress successfully installed on XAMPP.

 

 

After logging in your admin dashboard opens. you work on it locally easily.
